Effort Isn’t the Issue. The Starting Point May Be.

You've read the books, saved the posts and started over on Monday more than once. How much time have you spent looking at the evidence of the life you're living?

The Gap Between

The Gap Between is a digital deck designed to make more of your lived experience visible.

Through structured prompts and observation, it gives you a way to bring details, responses, and contradictions into view that are easy to miss when you’re moving through life in real time.

This is not a goal-setting tool or a motivation deck. Most importantly, it does not tell you what your life should look like or what you need to change.

What you find may lead to a change, reinforce something that already works, or give you a clearer basis for whatever you decide next.

How It Works

What shows up in one area of your life rarely stays contained there. Each draw consists of six prompts from different categories, giving you a broader view of what may be connected, even when it appears in another form.

Try It Now

Try a mini 3-card draw using three of the six categories.

Card 1 of 3

Here’s one way those answers could read together.

Skin
Where do you hold back because you're not sure how you'll be received?
“If I know people are already sensitive about tone, I keep my comments short so nobody reads into them."
Breath
Who can you tell about a decision without thinking through how to say it first?
“My sister who doesn’t make everything a ‘thing.’ I can just say it straight and she doesn’t twist it."
Bone
How do you respond when someone gives you more credit than you think you deserve?
“I usually say thanks and move on. If I linger, people start asking how I pulled it off."

Each response seems ordinary on its own. Together, they may point to how often you anticipate other's reactions and quietly adjust around them.
